This online research study examines female manager's career experiences and success on the job. The study specifically looks at the impact of women’s political skill and impression management on their experiences in organizations. Questions participants will be answering include:

- Your level of networking savvy
- How well you think you promote yourself at work
- Your level of communication skills

About The Researcher
Stacey Miller is a current doctoral candidate at Alliant International University, Marshall Goldsmith School of Management in San Diego working on her PhD in Consulting Psychology. She also works as a Leadership Development Consultant at The Home Depot.
